Paul H : A plant or fungus of some sort. Wort perhaps?
Lee G : That’s really close up! No idea.
Julia G : Timber, probably from engineered flooring, one of the lighter species of European oak at a guess.
Robert : There’s some weird lighting there. I’m guessing it’s a nylon roller or bumper of some kind.
Michal B : A stamen. Or a pistil. Or whatever those things are called in the middle of a flower.
Colin B : Nutcracker? Garlic press? Probably a small kitchen tool of some sort.
Carole A : A tater masher, just like in the examples from last time!
Guneet : Well, a control switch od some sort, obviously. From a video camera perhaps?
Kirsty G : A handle, but of what? A draughtsman’s straight edge? A collapsible sewing box?
Jonathan G : Gills of a mushroom?
Katey B : ???
Marc van L : Hair brush.

I’ve just added Jess’s entry. It was posted before noon in EST, and the rules of the Photo Challenge didn’t explicitly state that we are using GMT, so we’ll allow it this time! I’ve now fixed that particular loophole
