Despite the potentially misleading title, this Challenge wasn’t a mystery guessing game. Well done to Andy for “guessing” that it was my hand depicted on my blog earlier this week!
However, for those interested in not-quite-photography-related banter, how many of the hands pictured here belong to people who are right or left handed?
It’s also fantastic to see so many entries (a record-breaking eleven!), including some from some people who haven’t taken part in a while. Keep it up!

I love all the different responses to photographing hands – from the technically adept to the imaginative to the humourous!
It’s good to see a larger field of responses too. More for us all to enjoy!

Julia, I’m actually quite jealous of your magic handprint thingy! Paul was interested in it too – I think we’ll have to get one for the office!

Oooh I forgot to leave my surname! Alison Kiddle here (aka Fluffy) if you want to credit me in full
I will definitely make the effort to join in more often – I recently got my first digital SLR and I need excuses to make myself learn how to use it more effectively.

So many different interpretations! Well done, everyone, nice to see a few more entries; and Andy, you’re disgusting!

Hi Alison, I did take a peek at your blog to try and find your true identity. I’ve updated the caption on your photo.
Congrats on your first DSLR – the Photo Challenge is designed specifically to make people use their cameras more, so I hope wee see more of your work soon

Brilliant entries…I’m hard-pushed to pick a favourite! I didn’t enter, despite saying I would, and not through lack of opportunity but through a total blank on what to shoot! My imagination completely deserted me.
