Outdoor reflectors

This Challenge is a bit more technical than most we’ve had in the past, but the bright sun we’ve had lately has inspired me to pick a Challenge that Stu suggested some time ago.

Using a sun-lit scene, find something reflective (piece of paper, white wall, etc) to fill the shadows.

Let me expand [...]

Time

It’s a more abstract theme for you to think about this week. The theme is time.

Imaginary bonus points will be awarded for unusual ideas, and they will be subtracted from anyone taking photos of thyme!

Good luck [...]

Thanks and well done to the eight of you who sent results in. There are some really great photos this week!

Edit: Apologies to Paul, whose photo I forgot to upload until just now

I’ve had to make the pictures a bit smaller to fit them two wide across the page, but you can click for [...]

Spot the Difference

This week’s Challenge is spot the difference.

Take a photo of anything you like. Make two changes to the scene – these can be anything you like. Now take another photo of the scene.

Try to make the differences subtle and non-obvious, but not so impossibly hard that they can’t be spotted!

Please [...]

Randomness - Results

Well done to everyone who sent in a photo this week on the theme of randomness. They are all really good, and I’m glad that some of our newer members are continuing to participate
