Thanks Stu! Actually it took about half a dozen “runs” with Hannah’s car to get the right shot. After we were done, I gathered up the squashed roses from the road and presented them to her. The result was very nearly a row just like the one we had been attempting to recreate

I think you chose the right one, although the boats are a close second. There’s a lovely, warm feel to the photo you chose. I should think they have glass in Blackpool, too, so you should you be alright for your challenge

Ed – I can only imagine that if there was ever a story behind your photo, that you’ve now forgotten it But, I say, one must also point out, what sort of middle class chav are you to drink from a crystal tumbler, eh, what?

Excellent work, folks – I really like them all – Jonathan’s is particularly expressive, I think! Makes a change from cats on the keyboard, Andy! Now, I’m off to Blackpool early on Sunday morning until Wednesday evening (working at a conference) so I hope I get time to do #9! By the way, I’d be interested to know if you think I chose the right one – the other handful of possibles from Mudeford are on my flickr stream – all comments welcomed!
